About the Role
The Industrial Helper assists in the assembly, layout, installation, and maintenance of pipe systems, following instructions, meeting qualifications, and having reliable transportation and required tools. Key responsibilities include identifying required tools and safety risks, assisting with preparation, fabrication, installation, fitting, valve and support installation, testing of pipe quality, and hoisting loads using rigging equipment.

What You Bring
ZACHRY is seeking an experienced Industrial Boilermaker Helper for maintenance work at Exxon Mobil in Beaumont, TX. The position does not include per diem. Required qualifications emphasize problem‑solving, manual dexterity, reading comprehension, teamwork, independent work, communication, and adherence to Zachry values and safety rules. Preferred qualifications include prior Zachry employment, industrial construction experience, pipe fitter helper experience, and formal technical education. The job requires a specific set of tools such as a metal toolbox, magnetic level, tape measure, pipe wrench, hacksaw, wrenches, screwdrivers, hammer, gloves, bucket, rain suit, and rubber boots.
