About the Role
As a Systems Implementation Consultant specialising in Oracle Unifier, you will lead system‑implementation activities, collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders, ensure data quality and support the delivery of digital solutions across organisations, programmes and projects. You will also mentor colleagues, assist with business development and uphold any applicable SOX controls. • Capture client requirements and devise system configuration strategies • Configure and customise business processes, forms, and workflows • Support rollout and implementation across organisations, programmes and projects • Communicate solution architecture and workflows to stakeholders • Identify risks and propose mitigation strategies • Facilitate stakeholder workshops and training sessions • Design and author documentation such as workflows, specifications and data models • Validate data accuracy and integrity throughout configuration • Prepare detailed reports with actionable recommendations • Peer‑review deliverables to maintain quality and consistency • Mentor team members and contribute to knowledge sharing • Assist in bid proposals and act as an ambassador for digital services

The Digital team, part of the Major Portfolio Program Project (MP3) advisory offering, is seeking an experienced consultant who can apply digital, data and technology to transform construction projects, programmes, enterprises and assets. The role will serve the sectors Turner & Townsend supports—Real Estate, Infrastructure, Energy and Natural Resources—and will contribute to the team’s reputation for delivering digital transformation on major capital projects. The ideal candidate holds a degree or equivalent experience in project controls, construction technology or IT systems, and brings hands‑on experience with Oracle Unifier configuration and deployment. Strong technical foundations in construction‑technology tools, data governance and integration, combined with clear communication, collaborative leadership and a proactive mindset, are essential. • Data Analytics and Automation • BIM and Information Management

Benefits
This full‑time position offers a salary range of $135 K–$160 K, with onsite presence adjusted to client needs.
