About the Role
Property Managers operate independently at multiple locations, both indoors and outdoors. They assess customers’ storage needs, recommend solutions and sell packing and moving supplies, conduct daily unit inspections to ensure availability, audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, and handle payment reminders and collection calls. • Manage multiple self‑storage sites: assess customer needs, sell packing supplies, inspect units, audit cash drawers, make bank deposits, handle payment reminders and collections. • Physical duties: lift/move items up to 35 lb, walk/stand outdoors up to 50 % of shift, climb stairs, open large doors, perform cleaning and grounds maintenance.

What You Bring
Physical requirements include the ability to lift or move items up to 35 pounds and to spend up to 50 % of the shift walking around facilities, climbing stairs and opening large doors. The role also involves regular cleaning and maintenance tasks such as sweeping, mopping interior spaces and keeping exterior grounds free of debris.
