About the Role
• Lead full software lifecycle activities: define requirements, design, develop, implement, and verify applications. • Drive software development process improvements in line with organizational procedures. • Create unit and integration tests and corresponding test plans for software applications. • Design, develop, and support mission‑critical web applications using C#, VB.Net, Entity Framework, AJAX, Razor, and MVC. • Build and maintain RESTful and SOAP web services handling JSON, JSON‑P, and XML data formats. • Develop and optimize relational databases using SQL. • Utilize collaborative tools such as Jira, Bitbucket, Visual Studio, and Git for version control and code reviews. • Apply agile development principles (SAFe, Scrum) and contribute effectively within an Agile team.

What You Bring
• Communicate clearly and maintain strong working relationships with team members and stakeholders. • Meet FAA customer security requirements and successfully pass a federal background check. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent 10+ years of technical experience. • Proven experience designing, developing, and supporting mission applications. • Solid understanding of computer systems and networking (IP, TCP, HTTP). • Advanced knowledge of object‑oriented analysis and design techniques. • Proficiency in web technologies: HTML/CSS, JavaScript, C#. • Familiarity with Telerik .NET and Kendo UI components and embedded reporting tools (preferred). • Knowledge of Git branching and code‑review models (desired).

Benefits
The salary range for this role is $108,700 to $190,200, complemented by comprehensive benefits such as medical, dental, vision, paid time off, 401(k), life insurance, flexible work schedules, and holidays.
