About the Role

In this position you will be responsible for driving reliable, well‑maintained equipment, slumping and delivering concrete to customers, and operating and maintaining the concrete agitator truck. You will ensure deliveries are accurate and performed safely in accordance with company policies. • Drive and deliver concrete using a well‑maintained agitator truck. • Perform concrete slumping and accurate deliveries to customers. • Operate and maintain the agitator truck’s equipment safely. • Adhere to safety policies, procedures and the Chain of Responsibility. • Receive all uniforms and personal protective equipment. • Complete a 10‑day agitator driver training program. • Participate in salary‑sacrifice program for savings on technology and work‑related items.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate holds a HR, HC or MC drivers’ licence (agitator experience preferred but not essential) and has a current White Card or can obtain one. A professional work ethic, customer‑service orientation, mechanical aptitude, high regard for safety procedures, and familiarity with the Chain of Responsibility are also required. • Hold a HR, HC or MC drivers’ licence (agitator experience preferred). • Possess a current White Card or be able to obtain one. • Demonstrate strong work ethic, customer‑service attitude and mechanical aptitude.
