The National Strategic Customer Manager role focuses on expanding the Strategic Customer Program within a defined customer base. The position develops and oversees strategy, negotiates customer agreements, and leads a team of strategic sellers to increase volume and market share. Key responsibilities include coordinating sales calls with local, regional, and national sellers, cultivating relationships to become the primary point of contact for targeted strategic customers, and managing the performance of Regional Strategic Customer Managers.
