About the Role
The supervisor will develop a construction HSE culture that integrates safety and environmental awareness, oversee the safe delivery of stringing work, ensure resources stay productive, promote proactive safety for all personnel, report to the Construction Manager on quality matters, and direct subcontractors. • Develop and maintain a construction HSE culture emphasizing safety and environmental awareness. • Oversee safe delivery of stringing operations and ensure productivity of allocated resources. • Promote proactive safety and environmental practices for all supervised personnel. • Report quality-related matters to the Construction Manager. • Direct and manage subcontractors on site. • Provide evidence of qualifications and right‑to‑work documentation as required.

What You Bring
The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced Stringing Supervisor to join the HumeLink West team. This role can be DIDO, FIFO or relocation to Wagga Wagga. Skills & Experience required include a minimum of three years as a Stringing Supervisor, tertiary and industry qualifications or extensive supervisory experience in construction and engineering projects, thorough knowledge of all stringing aspects, strong understanding of Australian OHS legislation, excellent verbal communication, and a valid driver’s licence. Candidates must hold a current Construction Industry Induction Card (White Card or equivalent) and undergo a medical assessment, including drug and alcohol testing, before commencement. Proof of tertiary qualifications and right‑to‑work documentation may be required. • Minimum 3 years experience as a Stringing Supervisor. • Hold tertiary/industry qualifications or significant supervisory experience in construction/engineering projects. • Possess extensive knowledge of all stringing activities and Australian OHS legislation. • Demonstrate excellent verbal communication skills and hold a valid driver’s licence. • Hold a current Construction Industry Induction Card (White Card) and pass a medical, drug and alcohol assessment.
