About the Role

In this position you will design and support both existing and emerging software products in the company’s portfolio. You will work closely with product teams to understand customer pain points, translate insights into functional requirements, and produce high‑quality deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that are on‑brand and functional. Additional duties include documenting design decisions, conducting user research and usability testing, and staying current with industry trends and accessibility standards. Collaboration is essential; you will partner with developers, QA, product owners, and engineers to ensure seamless implementation of user‑centric designs, and you will play a central role within a specialized product development team shaping the brand’s evolution. • Design and support existing and emerging software products. • Collaborate with product teams to translate customer needs into functional requirements. • Produce user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that are intuitive and on‑brand. • Document design decisions and specifications for development and QA alignment. • Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design choices. • Apply UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards. • Partner with developers, QA, product owners, and engineers to implement designs. • Contribute to the product development team and help shape brand evolution. • Provide a portfolio link or copy with relevant work samples.

What You Bring

The role requires a BA/BS in Graphic Design, Human‑Centered Design or a related field, plus at least two years of relevant experience. Candidates must be proficient in Figma and FigJam, have basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office, and demonstrate strong visual design, organization, time‑management, and communication skills. A proactive, independent work style, collaborative attitude, and sense of personal responsibility are essential. Preferred qualifications include a UI/UX or Product Design certification from a bootcamp and experience with accessibility standards, reflecting a blend of creativity and technical understanding. Applicants should provide a portfolio showcasing relevant work. • BA/BS in Graphic Design, Human‑Centered Design, or related field. • Minimum of 2 + years of UI/UX design experience. • Proficiency with Figma and FigJam. • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office. • Proactive self‑starter capable of independent work. • Strong visual design skills with a clean, modern aesthetic. • Excellent organization, time‑management, and communication abilities. • UI/UX or Product Design certification from a bootcamp (preferred). • Experience with accessibility standards (a plus). • Robust benefits package and strong employee retention record.
