About the Role

In this role you will support day‑to‑day production goals by ensuring assigned area targets are met, maintaining line flow, and reducing waste. You will communicate with multiple resources to resolve problems, coordinate employee training and staffing, and serve as the primary point of contact for the area team. Additional expectations include communicating job expectations, coaching staff, enforcing policies, conducting operator training on standard work, and supporting continuous‑improvement initiatives. • Support daily production targets and maintain line flow. • Resolve production issues by communicating with cross‑functional resources. • Reduce waste and coordinate employee training and staffing. • Act as primary point of contact for the assigned area team. • Communicate job expectations, coach staff, and enforce policies. • Conduct operator training on standard work, machine adjustments, and quality standards. • Identify and support continuous‑improvement efforts.

What You Bring

The position requires a high school diploma or GED, at least one year of production or manufacturing experience with lead responsibility, and demonstrated leadership abilities. Candidates must be skilled in work‑order management, Windows Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), manufacturing or inventory software, analytical thinking, and effective oral and written communication. • Minimum high school diploma or GED; 1 + year manufacturing/lead experience. • Demonstrated leadership, work‑order management, and analytical problem‑solving skills. • Proficiency with Windows Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and manufacturing/inventory software. • Strong oral and written communication abilities.
