About the Role
The Executive – Transport leads transport operations, overseeing the coordination, collaboration, and development of route planning and implementation across the organisation. The position plays a critical role in supporting the company's real‑estate services through effective transportation management. In this role you will ensure efficient daily transport activities, maintain compliance with legal and company standards, and work closely with both internal teams and external vendors to support seamless logistics. You will also be responsible for analysing performance data and preparing regular reports. • Plan and coordinate daily transport operations • Assign and monitor driver schedules and shifts • Optimise route planning to reduce costs and improve efficiency • Coordinate vehicle maintenance and servicing schedules • Utilise GPS or transport management systems to track vehicle movements • Monitor fuel usage and mileage • Ensure adherence to transportation laws and company policies • Liaise with third‑party transport vendors and internal drivers • Resolve grievances or issues raised by vendors and drivers • Analyse transport data and generate periodic reports • Maintain documentation for audits and inspections • Address and resolve transport‑related user complaints
