About the Role

• Act as Customer Relationship Manager for assigned business groups • Develop and update staffing priorities • Conduct weekly customer relationship meetings and update staffing reports • Collaborate with hiring managers on recruitment and selection plans • Negotiate and manage external recruiting resources • Conduct reference checks and extend employment offers • Develop talent sourcing approaches, including direct recruiting, job fairs, and internet recruiting • Refer team members to appropriate headquarters services such as benefits, issue resolution, and drug‑free programs

Mortenson is seeking a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who will serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, supporting business objectives and fostering strong business relationships.
