About the Role

As a Senior Buildings Project Manager you will lead multidisciplinary teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and maintain client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards. You will also mentor junior project managers, oversee staffing and workload, and collaborate with accounting, operations, and business leadership for regular project reviews. • Direct and coordinate single or multidisciplinary teams throughout the project lifecycle. • Oversee large multidiscipline projects or technically complex medium-sized projects with a sizable staff. • Manage multiple concurrent projects. • Build and maintain client relationships; participate in marketing, contractual, design, and production meetings. • Lead work sessions for deliverable development with staff and stakeholders. • Coordinate staffing and workload across project phases to meet schedule commitments. • Track project finances and adjust team effort to stay within budget and schedule. • Conduct periodic project reviews with Accounting, Operations, and Business leadership. • Implement QA/QC procedures. • Supervise large project teams and mentor less‑experienced Project Managers.

What You Bring

• Hold a professional license or certification (e.g., PMP). • Bachelor’s degree in a related field. • Minimum 10 years of relevant experience. • At least 5 years of project management experience. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, estimating/scheduling software, and project management tools. • Strong ability to collaborate with design teams and excellent organizational, written and verbal communication skills.
