About the Role
In this position you will handle a range of activities that ensure Behr’s products are well‑represented, stocked, and supported within each store. • Manage Behr business across five or more Home Depot stores. • Conduct daily store visits to execute sales, merchandising, ordering, and problem‑solving. • Build and maintain relationships with store managers, associates, contractors, and customers. • Provide product training and in‑store demos on painting and staining techniques. • Keep merchandise displays fully stocked and attractive; lift up to 75 lb as needed. • Monitor inventory and place orders for colorants and promotional materials. • Travel between locations, track mileage, and supply driver’s license and insurance documentation. • Work flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings up to 7 p.m.

The position is full‑time, requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to travel regularly between stores.
