About the Role
The Internet Sales Coordinator is a pivotal member of the Sales & Marketing team, responsible for generating and maintaining a sales pipeline from internet‑generated leads. The role engages customers across email, live chat, phone and 1‑800 lines, converting inquiries into sales appointments while ensuring a “Tickled, Delighted, Happy” experience throughout the process. • Capture and convert online customer inquiries into qualified sales prospects. • Respond promptly via email, live chat, phone, and 1‑800 numbers. • Maintain and update digital and community reference materials. • Guide customers through product, community, financing, and incentive information. • Manage the internet customer database and conduct outreach for available homes. • Coordinate electronic marketing distribution with the Marketing team. • Attend sales meetings, community events, and training programs. • Work flexible hours, including weekends, and travel to communities for home tours.

What You Bring
• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred. • Sales experience, preferably telephone and real‑estate background. • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; ability to work independently. • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation; real‑estate license may be required in some locations. • Ability to lift and carry up to 25 lb and operate computer/phone equipment. • Regular in‑person attendance at job sites and offices is essential.
