About the Role
• Perform complex technical work across environmental, health, and safety disciplines to ensure compliance with ES&H standards and regulations. • Maintain expert knowledge of government agency requirements. • Apply advanced environmental techniques and principles. • Initiate assignments independently. • Use independent judgment in data analysis and problem resolution. • Develop, implement, and maintain safety and health programs, systems, and procedures. • Monitor and prevent workplace hazards and diseases. • Investigate accidents, injuries, and hazard complaints. • Recommend process, design, and equipment improvements to minimize hazards. • Develop and deliver employee training and emergency preparedness; ensure program quality. • Provide regulatory interpretation and technical advice. • Prepare reports and recommend corrective actions. • Assume technical responsibility for major project phases or components. • Lead a team of ES&H specialists and support personnel.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field. • Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or similar certification preferred. • 15+ years of safety, health, and environmental management experience. • Familiarity with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 international safety standards. • Experience implementing and managing safety management systems. • Strong risk assessment, incident investigation, and emergency response planning skills. • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities. • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, able to influence at all organization levels. • Proficiency with safety management software and data analysis tools.
