About the Role

What You Bring
Foremen must meet demanding physical requirements, including lifting up to 50 lb regularly (up to 100 lb with assistance), working on rooftops, ladders, and in confined spaces, and handling outdoor weather conditions. They must also adhere to OSHA standards, use personal protective equipment, and maintain balance and fine‑motor skills throughout installations. • High school diploma or equivalent. • Minimum two years construction experience, including at least one year in solar installation. • Experience with electrical work up to 600 VDC and 480 VAC. • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. • State electrical certification/license (preferred). • Ability to perform all duties of Installer and Lead Installer. • Knowledge of NEC, OSHA standards, CPR and first aid certifications. • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word. • Strong mechanical and construction skills. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and people‑management abilities. • Ability to travel up to 5% of the time.
