About the Role
The Manager, Accounting Services oversees daily operations of transactional accounting groups, including Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable, and leads the supervisor team to meet departmental goals. This role also reviews and develops business processes to boost efficiency, productivity, and customer experience. Key responsibilities include directing AR and AP supervisors to ensure timely and accurate billing and payments, monitoring compliance with SOX controls, and leading cash application and collection efforts for national accounts. The manager implements quality management processes for invoice accuracy, collaborates with other departments to identify root causes of errors, and designs performance metrics for the team. Additional duties involve meeting with external customers, preparing quarterly business review presentations, resolving complex billing issues, and supporting internal and external audits.

What You Bring
Candidates should have intermediate to advanced Excel skills and at least three years of experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, financial analysis, or accounting. Prior leadership or supervisory experience is preferred. The role demands strong analytical abilities and a focus on process improvement.
