About the Role

Reporting to the APAC L&D Associate Director, the role supports the design, implementation and management of learning initiatives that boost employee skills, performance and career growth across Asia. It acts as a key link between HR and strategic business needs, identifying skill gaps, creating materials, delivering training and evaluating effectiveness. • Communicate regional L&D strategy and initiatives with senior leaders and HR partners. • Embed L&D strategy across the Asian business to deliver optimal outcomes. • Develop cohesive, structured L&D offerings for all disciplines and role levels. • Evaluate training effectiveness, analyze feedback, and measure return on investment. • Tailor and deploy global L&D initiatives for the Asia region, updating internal databases. • Design, deliver, and evaluate learning programs that build capability and drive performance. • Create engaging training materials, e‑learning, and blended learning solutions for diverse audiences. • Build strong relationships and collaborate with leaders, teams, and external providers. • Manage Learning Management Systems and use analytics to monitor learning outcomes. • Support organisational change through learning interventions that build readiness. • Apply analytical and evaluation skills to assess program effectiveness and recommend enhancements. • Leverage digital learning technologies, virtual platforms, and innovative remote/hybrid delivery approaches. • Manage multiple projects, priorities, and timelines while maintaining quality. • Deliver excellent administrative, reporting, and organisational support, meeting deadlines. • Organise processes to handle conflicting timescales and priorities.

What You Bring

The successful candidate will have a professional qualification in Training & Assessment, Administration or Human Resources, at least eight years of experience with three to five recent years in learning and development within large, complex organisations. A deep understanding of Asian cultural nuances and experience working in cross‑matrix environments is essential. • Communicate effectively in written and verbal forms with diverse stakeholders. • Work effectively with multiple internal and external stakeholders. • Hold a professional qualification in Training & Assessment, Administration, HR or related field (preferred). • Minimum eight years’ experience, including three to five recent years in L&D within large, complex organisations. • Understand cultural nuances of Asian workplaces and have experience in cross‑matrix organisations.
