About the Role
Key responsibilities include defining a strategic Business Development plan and value proposition in partnership with segment leadership, ensuring regional and local execution, collaborating with operations and go‑to‑market teams, coaching sales, and delivering measurable value to customer executives. You will also develop action and sales plans, set and track KPIs, represent Schneider Electric at sector fairs, acquire new customers, continuously scan the ecosystem for partner opportunities, and share best practices with the CPG organization. The role is hybrid, requiring at least two days per week in a local Schneider Electric hub and up to 50 % travel annually. • Lead Business Development for Life Sciences within the CPG segment, creating and executing strategic plans. • Collaborate with segment leaders, operations, and go‑to‑market teams; support sales with coaching and executive engagement. • Drive new customer acquisition, manage key accounts, and represent Schneider Electric at industry fairs. • Continuously identify ecosystem partners and share best practices across the organization.

Benefits
The position is based in the United States with a total compensation range of $136,000 to $204,000 per year, which includes base salary and a short‑term incentive.
