About the Role
The opportunity involves developing advisory projects for major electricity sector agents, including distribution, transmission, retailers, and generators, helping them navigate regulatory, economic, and electricity challenges while building long‑lasting relationships with internal and external customers. The incumbent will lead the creation of new processes and tools, coach junior colleagues, and ensure delivery of assignments according to contract terms, managing work plans, cost estimates, and quality standards. In addition to technical leadership, the role supports sales teams, negotiates contracts for medium‑size consulting engagements, builds networks, and actively participates in technical conferences to promote solutions. • Identify and pursue new consulting opportunities for electricity sector clients. • Build and maintain internal and external networks to exchange information and generate business. • Develop and deliver value‑added proposals, contracts, and negotiations using sales techniques. • Initiate and manage R&D projects, defining scope, budget, productization, and modularization. • Conduct risk and opportunity assessments to ensure contract compliance and successful delivery. • Lead the creation and enhancement of processes, tools, and methodologies, coaching junior consultants. • Provide technical support and guidance to sales teams for offer preparation and solution design. • Negotiate and secure consulting assignments ranging from 250 to 500 hours. • Drive cost reduction and quality improvement through standardization and process optimization. • Ensure adherence to external and internal regulations, safety, and integrity standards.

What You Bring
Candidates must have at least eight years of experience in technical consulting or engineering, with proven skills in project planning, risk management, contract negotiation, and process optimization.
