About the Role
In this role you will support the Maintenance Supervisor by efficiently handling all maintenance tasks for the apartment community, ensuring service requests are completed correctly and on time. • Perform appliance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, A/C, and electrical duties • Assist Service Manager with various tasks as needed • Ensure service requests are completed correctly and timely • Conduct preventive maintenance repairs • Respond to automated service and emergency calls per company policy • Assist with resident functions • Participate in community preservation plan and preventive maintenance program

What You Bring
