About the Role
• Provide personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding) per resident care plans. • Maintain safety, comfort, dignity, and confidentiality of residents. • Escort residents to meals and activities. • Ensure residents are clean, neatly dressed, groomed, safe, and fed during shifts. • Document all services provided each shift. • Report any change in resident condition immediately to supervisor.

What You Bring
The role requires physical stamina, including standing, walking, lifting up to 50 lb, and using proper body mechanics while performing daily care tasks and supporting resident safety and dignity. • Hold CNA and/or DHS certification with a high school diploma. • Experience working with elderly populations, preferably with dementia. • Perform frequent standing, walking, reaching, stooping, kneeling, crouching, and lift up to 50 lb using proper body mechanics.
