About the Role
• Support the Leading Hand (Land Management) by performing routine grounds maintenance across estates. • Conduct routine grounds and garden upkeep to meet performance standards. • Identify and manage risks associated with grounds maintenance activities.

What You Bring
• Certificate III in Horticulture (desirable). • Experience with grounds maintenance, horticulture and irrigation systems. • Agricultural Chemical Distribution & Control (AC/DC) and ChemCert certificates (desirable). • Medium or Heavy Rigid Truck Licence and Chainsaw Operator Licence or certificate (desirable). • Current open driver’s licence. • Ability to obtain and maintain a Defence Security Clearance (Australian citizenship required). • Strong work ethic, positive attitude and commitment to high‑quality outcomes.
