About the Role

As a Panelboard Assembler Wiring Specialist you perform assembly and wiring duties for all departmental wired solutions and panelboards to ensure company productivity and performance metrics are met. You work extensively from wiring diagrams or engineering specifications on builds requiring such. You collaborate with engineering and quality personnel when required and are responsible for maintaining quality work in the preparation of assemblies. You also perform Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) activities, including minor maintenance such as cleaning, inspection, lubrication, and tightening loose bolts, and assist in the day‑to‑day maintenance of the M.R.S. • Assemble and wire department solutions and panelboards to meet productivity goals • Follow wiring diagrams and engineering specifications for builds • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams as needed • Maintain quality standards during assembly preparation • Perform TPM tasks: cleaning, inspection, lubrication, and bolt tightening • Assist with daily maintenance of the M.R.S. system

What You Bring

The position requires a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution; additional education or vocational training is a plus but not required. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of Syracuse, NY, as no relocation assistance is provided. A minimum of one year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment, including experience with wiring diagrams, schematics and other wiring work, is required. • Hold a high school diploma or GED; additional training is a plus • Minimum 1 year experience in manufacturing/production with wiring diagram and schematic expertise
