About the Role
• Manage stakeholders such as architects, engineers, and supply‑chain partners to ensure compliant project delivery. • Track and control critical milestones to prevent schedule slips. • Implement and verify effective project governance, processes, and systems. • Apply best‑practice standards across all projects. • Prepare formal project status and other required reports. • Monitor multiple construction projects to ensure design standards are met. • Coordinate supplier interfaces using monthly trackers and weekly reviews. • Facilitate project information flow through regular meetings and written updates. • Forecast and update key milestones and project budgets. • Oversee local design teams in line with commission criteria. • Provide technical support to owners, architects, contractors, and regional stakeholders. • Respond rapidly to field RFIs. • Offer cost‑control, value‑engineering, and constructability guidance as needed. • Conduct independent reviews of status reports, submittals, timelines, and costs. • Develop strong client relationships to maximize new business opportunities. • Advise project teams on strategies that meet client and business objectives. • Capture and share key project learnings for knowledge management. • Identify and implement improvements to internal systems and processes. • Comply with SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

What You Bring
The firm is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial corporate real‑estate construction projects, preferably with banking office or trading‑floor experience. The role requires three days a week in‑office presence, a salary of $110K‑$130K for the NYC tri‑state area, and a focus on delivering excellent client service through stakeholder coordination and rigorous project governance. • Hold a bachelor’s degree in construction management, architecture, engineering, or a related field. • Demonstrate strong organizational, management, and collaborative skills. • Bring recent commercial corporate real‑estate construction experience. • Exhibit effective presentation abilities. • Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Procore, and construction project‑management tools. • Maintain strong written and verbal communication skills.
