About the Role
• Respond to IT inquiries and service desk requests, logging all tickets in ServiceNow. • Analyze and resolve incidents, targeting 90% first‑call resolution and implementing preventative fixes. • Support Microsoft Office, Windows operating systems, and remote access solutions. • Perform password resets, user provisioning, printer mapping, and other routine service requests. • Monitor trends, escalations, and communicate status updates to customers and stakeholders. • Participate in I&O team meetings, review production changes, and provide feedback to end users. • Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of supported technologies and pursue continuous training. • Deliver high‑quality work, solve complex problems, and take a hands‑on approach. • Follow instructions, meet commitments, and exhibit leadership and project management capabilities. • Set and communicate clear goals and objectives to the team.
