About the Role

In this role you will perform service and repairs on portable fire extinguishers, kitchen hood systems, and suppression gas systems at customer sites. You will service, troubleshoot, and install equipment from various manufacturers, including Simplex and ANSUL, while reading and interpreting blueprints, diagrams, specifications, and product manuals. You will manage daily service calls and customer activity, assist customers with questions and concerns in a timely and professional manner, and participate in an on‑call rotation for emergency service. The position also includes performing inspections of suppression gas systems in accordance with contract requirements. • Perform service and repairs on portable fire extinguishers, kitchen hood, and suppression gas systems at customer sites. • Service, troubleshoot, and install equipment from manufacturers such as Simplex and ANSUL. • Read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, specifications, and operational manuals. • Manage daily service calls and customer activity. • Assist customers with questions and concerns in a professional, timely manner. • Participate in on‑call rotation for emergency service. • Conduct inspections of suppression gas systems per contract requirements.

What You Bring

The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills, as well as proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
