About the Role
• Lead and manage mechanical engineering staff and project teams. • Oversee proposal development, contract execution, and backlog management. • Serve as resource for project managers, ensuring scope, schedule, quality, and budget compliance. • Provide technical assistance and supervision on proposals and contracts. • Manage financial performance to achieve revenue and profit targets. • Support client and agency meetings and project presentations. • Conduct quality control and assurance on assigned projects. • Evaluate staff performance and contribute to compensation discussions.

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from an accredited university. • Minimum 15 years experience in building mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, fire prevention). • Team management experience; PE license preferred. • Knowledge of all mechanical discipline phases: technology, drafting, design, planning. • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. • Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking).
