About the Role
The role supports the construction delivery team by applying Mace standards to site operations, assisting in daily control, management and coordination of the construction phase while upholding strong health, safety, wellbeing, environmental and quality standards. • Assist daily control, management and coordination of construction packages to meet cost, schedule, health‑safety, environmental and quality standards. • Manage an area or procure a package of works from inception to completion, maintaining financial awareness and responsibility. • Keep a detailed diary of planned and actual work performed by trades and subcontractors. • Build and maintain key relationships with trades and subcontractors. • Contribute to site progress meetings and provide administrative support, including meeting minutes. • Lead site safety initiatives such as inductions, inspections and observation recording. • Apply business management processes and relevant digital platforms. • Support net‑zero carbon transition by identifying and managing carbon emissions throughout delivery.
