About the Role
Daily duties include reading and understanding blueprints and routings to produce parts to required specifications, performing first‑piece and subsequent inspections to ensure overall quality, and maintaining routine equipment upkeep while keeping the work area neat and clean. What You Bring
The assembler will fit together manufactured and purchased parts to create subassemblies or complete products, which may be mechanical, electrical, or a combination of both. This role offers the opportunity to develop the skills needed to advance to the Advanced Assembler #1 classification. Success in this role requires the ability to assemble both manufactured and purchased components, possession of the necessary tools, and proficiency with assembly equipment such as rivet machines, presses, and power tools. Physical stamina for frequent standing, sitting, bending, and lifting up to 30 lb, as well as sufficient reading, writing, visual acuity, and manual dexterity, are also essential. • Maintain physical stamina for standing, sitting, bending, and lifting up to 30 lb frequently. • Possess sufficient reading, writing, visual acuity, and manual dexterity for work orders and inspections.
