About the Role
Under specific direction, the Sales Representative will sell Johnson Controls service offerings to building owners at the director level, promote the company’s value proposition, and build long‑term customer relationships. Responsibilities include positioning renewable service agreements as the foundation of managed accounts, managing the full sales process, achieving monthly sales targets, and expanding the depth and breadth of offerings within accounts. The role requires persuasive, persistent, and confident selling to D‑level owners while focusing on improving building performance to meet business objectives. What You Bring
Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field and have at least six years of progressive field sales experience, including one year selling HVAC or building automation services. Strong initiative, interpersonal communication, and the ability to influence decision makers are essential. Compensation ranges from $69,000 to $107,150, supplemented by a competitive sales incentive plan, and the role adheres to Johnson Controls’ equal employment opportunity policies. • Minimum 6 years progressive field sales experience; at least 1 year in HVAC or building automation services. • Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or related field. • Demonstrated ability to influence decision makers and strong interpersonal communication.
