About the Role

Analysts regularly employ technical software to analyze, produce, and quality‑control deliverables, contributing to site planning, urban and landscape design, and graphic and technical production. Projects span land planning, urban design, mixed‑use and residential development, streetscapes, design guidelines, public infrastructure, parks, and other community facilities. The role involves solving complex problems, assisting project managers, and collaborating across disciplines while becoming familiar with federal, state, and local regulations as well as firm and client standards. • Use technical software (e.g., Photoshop, SketchUp, InDesign, Illustrator, GIS/ArcView, PowerPoint, AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Excel) to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables. • Contribute to site planning, urban and landscape design, and graphic/technical production. • Work on land planning, urban design, mixed‑use and residential development, streetscapes, design guidelines, public infrastructure, parks, and community facilities. • Solve complex problems, support project managers, and collaborate across disciplines. • Apply federal, state, and local regulations and adhere to firm and client standards.
