About the Role
The Branch Manager (titled Profit Center Manager) is accountable for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of a rental center business unit. This role leads all aspects of sales, customer service, fleet maintenance, and logistics while achieving financial and performance goals. It also handles the unit’s operational and financial reporting functions. • Overall responsibility for a multi‑million‑dollar revenue business. • Lead and develop a high‑performing team. • Oversee sales, customer service, fleet maintenance, and logistics to meet financial targets. • Manage operational and financial reporting for the branch. • Perform physical tasks such as lifting 50 lb, bending, and working indoors/outdoors.

What You Bring
Candidates should have either a Business Management degree with at least one year of rental‑industry experience, or three to four years of rental‑industry experience. A valid driver’s license and an acceptable driving record are required. Key competencies include strong leadership and communication skills, a solid understanding of profit‑and‑loss statements and other financial controls, and experience in outside sales, negotiation, and influencing. Experience in construction or industrial markets is helpful, and a high level of accountability, time management, and willingness to learn all business aspects is essential. • Path to multi‑unit or sales leadership career. • Business Management degree with 1 yr rental experience or 3–4 yrs rental experience. • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record. • Strong leadership and communication abilities. • Understanding of P&L and key financial controls. • Experience in outside sales, negotiation, and influencing. • Knowledge of construction or industrial markets (preferred). • High accountability, time management, and eagerness to learn all aspects.
