About the Role
As a Front Desk Agent at Hilton Grand Vacations, you will be the first point of contact for owners and guests, ensuring positive, memorable experiences during check‑in, check‑out and throughout their stay. Core duties include managing reservations, handling invoices and payments, maintaining safety deposit boxes, processing housekeeping and maintenance requests, restocking the front desk, providing local information, and preparing management reports. • Check guests and owners in and out, ensuring each interaction is positive and memorable. • Enter and maintain reservation data in the computerized system. • Resolve unit availability issues and assist with reservation changes. • Generate invoices and collect payments for rentals and merchandise. • Manage safety deposit boxes. • Log housekeeping and maintenance requests and forward them to the appropriate department. • Restock the front desk and prepare arrival packets. • Provide guests with information on local attractions and resort amenities. • Prepare correspondence and reports for management.

What You Bring
Qualified candidates possess strong English communication skills, a courteous professional demeanor, flexibility to cover shifting schedules, multitasking ability, and at least six months of customer‑service experience; experience in front‑desk, cash handling or resort hospitality is advantageous. • Proficient verbal and written English with strong interpersonal skills. • Courteous, professional attitude when handling upset guests. • Ability to multitask, prioritize duties and meet deadlines. • Minimum six months of customer‑service experience. • Preferred: front‑desk/guest services experience, cash/credit‑card transaction handling, and resort hospitality background.
