About the Role

Property Managers work independently across multiple locations, spending time both inside and outside the facilities. They assess customers' storage needs, suggest solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily duties include inspecting storage units for inventory and availability, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and contacting customers for payment reminders and collections. • Independently manage multiple storage locations, both indoor and outdoor. • Assess customer storage needs, recommend solutions, and sell packing/moving supplies. • Conduct daily unit inspections to ensure inventory accuracy and availability. • Audit cash drawers and perform bank deposits. • Make payment reminders and collection calls to keep accounts current. • Lift/move items up to 35 lb; walk/stand up to 50% of time outdoors, climb stairs, and open large doors. • Perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and maintaining curb appeal.

What You Bring
