About the Role
The Senior Project Manager in GIS will lead innovative geospatial projects that shape how communities plan, build, and thrive. This visionary role blends technology, data, and geography to deliver cutting‑edge solutions from concept through delivery, guiding talented teams and collaborating across stakeholders. • Oversee geodatabase design, client workflow assessment, and data collection to ensure deliverables and client satisfaction. • Conduct quality control, coordinate onsite tasks, handle agency responses, and perform field visits. • Create and communicate project and staff schedules to budget managers. • Manage financial aspects including invoicing, accounts receivable, and profitability. • Handle multiple projects with competing deadlines. • Prepare proposal scopes, schedules, and change orders. • Develop staff skills for successful project execution. • Apply standard GIS procedures and contribute to new or enhanced processes. • Participate in marketing and business development activities. • Enforce Health & Safety policies and procedures.

What You Bring
Colliers Engineering & Design is hiring an experienced senior project manager in Mt. Laurel, NJ, to utilize leadership and GIS expertise to oversee multiple projects, train support staff, and drive regional growth. • MS in GIS or related field; BS in GIS, Environmental Science, Geology, or Geography. • Certified GIS Professional (GISP). • 10+ years of GIS experience. • Project management experience for PA & NJ federal, state, county, and local government clients. • Proficient with ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Online, and ArcGIS Enterprise. • Experience with Esri extensions, App Builders, and ArcGIS Developer tools. • Knowledge of ArcGIS Field Maps, StoryMaps, Survey123, and Workforce. • Experience with GPS data collection using ArcGIS apps. • Understanding of regional utility regulations. • Strong English reading, writing, and communication skills.

Benefits
Compensation for this position ranges from $111,300 to $165,500 annually, dependent on qualifications and experience.
