About the Role
The Human Resources (HR) Systems Analyst II acts as a liaison between the HR Systems team and corporate and field HR business groups, providing support and analysis for HR information systems. This role leads, evaluates, designs, and implements complex projects within the Workday application, making system alterations and gathering user requirements while coordinating with vendor support. The analyst configures the Workday platform, validates changes through testing, and drives improvements by researching and applying new solutions. They act as the primary expert for the system, manage release cycles, guide external support resources, and ensure projects stay on track through planning and status communication. • Perform complex Workday configuration changes and develop test scripts. • Research, design, test, and implement configuration changes for process improvements. • Serve as lead Workday subject‑matter expert to ensure effective system utilization. • Support assigned Workday modules and manage semi‑annual releases. • Oversee workload for Workday contractor and AMS support. • Coordinate project plans, gather status updates, and distribute reports. • Identify and document requirements for configuration changes. • Communicate project expectations and scope changes to team members. • Track, monitor, and resolve project‑related issues. • Analyze current (“As Is”) processes and define future (“To Be”) improvements. • Focus on Workday Payroll and Time Tracking modules.

What You Bring
Candidates must have hands‑on experience with Workday configuration, a solid understanding of the system development life cycle, and the ability to interpret HR systems documentation. Strong knowledge of HR concepts, proficiency with Excel, MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively are required. • Experience with Workday configuration and complex setup. • Knowledge of system development life cycle (SDLC). • Ability to read and interpret HR systems technical documentation. • Understanding of HR concepts, processes, and procedures. • Ability to work independently or collaboratively in a team. • Expertise in HR and related business systems. • Proficiency with Excel (complex formulas), MS Project, Visio, PowerPoint. • Minimum three years of hands‑on HR systems administration, support, design, implementation, and reporting.

The position offers a salary range of $75,100 to $112,700 annually, dependent on experience, and focuses primarily on the Workday Payroll and Time Tracking modules to deliver end‑to‑end support and continuous improvement.
