About the Role
The assembler performs winding, assembly, complex and repetitive wiring, and copper operations to produce complete sub‑assemblies and final control equipment, checks electrical and mechanical performance of completed assemblies, and packs products for shipping. • Build and wire Main Breaker Units. • Perform full mechanical assembly of structures, doors, and electrical devices, and install copper. • Brace copper connections to meet specified bracing standards. • Maintain required clearance distances on assemblies. • Install and wire electrical devices according to the Bill of Materials and schematics. • Maintain the production schedule for Main Breaker demand. • Escalate production issues promptly with supervisors, team leads, and water spiders. • Ensure a safe work environment for self and others.

No relocation is offered; candidates must reside within 50 miles of the Arden, NC facility, and must maintain a safe work environment for themselves and others. Position criteria include the ability to lift 35 lb (waist, shoulder, overhead), a proven history of safe work habits, the capacity to work effectively without direct supervision, and availability for overtime on weekdays and weekends.
