About the Role
The role focuses on researching, developing, and implementing routing and logistics plans to improve productivity, enhance safety, and reduce costs. Key duties include designing and redesigning routing and logistics solutions by collecting, verifying, and analyzing data on current routes, vehicles, disposal facilities, and productivity; developing policies, guidelines, and procedures for quality and cost control; creating and implementing optimization plans; communicating route changes to key personnel while providing training and transition tools; and monitoring activity and productivity results during implementation. • Design and redesign routing and logistics solutions using data analysis • Develop policies, guidelines, and procedures for quality and cost control • Create and implement plans to optimize routes and transportation operations • Communicate route changes and provide training and transition tools to staff • Monitor implementation of new routes and analyze productivity results • Work primarily in an office environment using standard office equipment

What You Bring
Candidates may hold an accredited Associate's Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or possess a High School Diploma or GED with at least two years of relevant experience; logistics and routing experience is preferred, and Quebec applicants must be bilingual in French and English. Benefits
The position operates mainly in a professional office environment using standard office equipment and follows a hybrid office/on‑site model; the base salary range is $85,000 to $105,000, with eligibility for bonuses.
