About the Role

The Procurement Specialist provides end‑to‑end support for a portfolio of direct materials or services, applying sourcing policies and acting as the interface between suppliers and internal stakeholders on specifications, budgets and schedules. The role also supports the Regional Procurement Leader with team KPIs, procurement initiatives and operational objectives. • Obtain quotes, place and follow up on purchase orders. • Manage supplier relationships for PO execution. • Address problems and schedule changes, communicating updates. • Update ERP system and inform internal stakeholders. • Develop and distribute reports to support internal KPIs and schedules. • Pursue budget savings through supplier and stakeholder collaboration. • Support Regional Procurement Leader with resource planning and strategic initiatives. • Delegate tasks and set priorities for the team as needed. • Provide department training on processes, systems, and onboarding. • Advise functional managers on procurement approaches, processes, and procedures. • Contribute to projects as a team member or lead small projects.
