About the Role
The role is Analyst – Database Management, reporting to the Assistant Manager of Lease Administration. Key stakeholders include account managers, hub leads, clients, and their teams. This position offers a high level of independence, allowing you to deliver consistent and qualitative lease administration abstraction and database management services for JLL clients. You will liaise with internal parties to obtain lease documentation, collaborate with other lease administration teams to ensure timely and accurate workload completion, and escalate issues when required. Core duties include abstracting critical information from leases and contracts, entering data into various lease database systems, verifying system reports for accuracy, performing lease document matching, maintaining master document control logs, and reviewing landlord invoices for compliance with lease requirements. Additional tasks involve preparing and circulating database reports, sourcing documents, identifying data gaps, working closely with the compliance team to remediate audit anomalies, and ensuring adherence to internal and external compliance policies. • Perform lease abstraction and populate lease database systems with accurate data. • Verify and review system reports for completeness and accuracy. • Match lease documents and maintain master document control logs. • Review landlord invoices to ensure compliance with lease terms. • Prepare and circulate database reports; identify data gaps and remediate audit anomalies. • Meet KPI targets for productivity, quality, and turnaround time. • Document business processes and train/mentor new team members. • Audit work performed by new team members and ensure adherence to JLL values. • Collaborate with compliance team to address audit findings and policy adherence.

What You Bring
Once proficient, you will document business processes, train and mentor new team members, audit their work, and consistently demonstrate teamwork and JLL values. The ideal candidate is a university graduate with 1‑3 years of lease abstraction experience, strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, solid project management and communication abilities, high attention to detail, and a proactive, self‑motivated attitude. • Require 1‑3 years of lease abstraction experience, preferably in commercial real estate. • Must possess strong MS Excel, Outlook, project management, and communication skills.
