About the Role

The District Sales Manager (DSM) is responsible for growing and maintaining business in the territory through outside sales. Leveraging expertise in pre-engineered metal buildings, the DSM will build strategic relationships, act as a trusted advisor, and meet annual sales growth targets. The position emphasizes consultative selling and collaborative engagement. • Meet and exceed sales and growth goals for the assigned territory. • Identify, prospect, and develop new customers to expand territory growth. • Manage a robust pipeline of prospects and advance them through the sales cycle. • Maintain accurate CRM records according to company guidelines. • Build and sustain strategic relationships with existing customers to drive loyalty.
