About the Role

The recruiter role supports Turner & Townsend’s rapid growth by managing recruitment across all levels and disciplines. Reporting to business support, the recruiter partners with hiring managers, uses the ATS and various sourcing channels, and ensures a strong talent pipeline while delivering high‑calibre candidates. • Manage full life‑cycle recruitment for assigned requisitions. • Prioritize urgent requisitions and manage workload effectively. • Partner with hiring managers, providing clear communication and scheduling intake/recruitment meetings. • Collaborate with recruitment coordinator to post jobs and schedule interviews. • Review candidate CVs/resumes promptly. • Source and build strong candidate pipelines. • Screen candidates for technical knowledge, capabilities and soft skills. • Act as primary point of contact for candidates throughout the process. • Communicate the company brand in all candidate interactions. • Enter screening notes and feedback into the ATS. • Coordinate reference checks for new hires. • Seek feedback from line manager and hiring managers for improvement. • Support diversity and inclusion initiatives. • Assist the recruitment team with admin tasks (interview scheduling, documentation, job postings, references, offers, requisition tracking). • Adhere to SOX control responsibilities where applicable.

What You Bring

The position requires strong interpersonal skills, the ability to build long‑term candidate relationships, and a strategic partnership mindset with management. The recruiter will also contribute to diversity and inclusion initiatives and may bear SOX control responsibilities where applicable. Candidates should have at least three years of recruiting or sourcing experience, with a bachelor’s degree preferred but not mandatory. Required competencies include high emotional intelligence, proficiency in Microsoft Office, prior ATS usage, proven placement success, excellent communication, proactive learning, and discretion with confidential information. • Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience as sourcer or recruiter. • Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience may substitute. • High emotional intelligence and relationship‑building skills. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). • Experience using an applicant tracking system. • Proven track record of consistently placing quality candidates. • Excellent communication skills. • Proactive, continuously learning and improving processes. • Ability to handle sensitive/confidential information with discretion.
