Job Highlights
About the Role
The Specialist will be responsible for reviewing security contract guard activity at all Company locations with contract guards. They will verify that guard agencies adhere to contract terms, that guards follow their post orders, and that all applicable Company policies and procedures are observed. The role includes investigating guard deficiencies, monitoring performance, and interacting with facility managers and Corporate Security Investigators to ensure proper security measures for protecting facilities, personnel, and equipment, as well as preparing COS reports and Actionlines as appropriate. • Review security contract guard activity at all company locations. • Verify guard agencies comply with contract terms, post orders, and company policies. • Investigate guard deficiencies and monitor performance. • Coordinate with facility managers and corporate security investigators on security measures. • Prepare COS reports and Actionlines as needed. • Provide Health Savings Accounts, Flexible Spending Accounts, and 401(k) with matching. • Enable employee assistance program, commuter benefits, tuition reimbursement, and volunteer opportunities.
