About the Role
• Serve as primary liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners. • Travel to client associations to attend board meetings, conduct inspections, walk-throughs, and participate in community events. • Prepare and bulk-mail annual disclosure packages, meeting notifications, and financial statements according to statutory timelines. • Review monthly financial reports and submit management summaries to the Board. • Provide recommendations on major capital expenditures to maintain community appearance and operation.

What You Bring
Associa is currently looking for a Portfolio Community Association Manager (CAM) to join our team in Hilton Head, SC. As a Community Association Manager, you will work closely with our clients and vendors, and partner with other Associa departments. Success in this role requires strong customer service skills and the ability to manage multiple projects. • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). • Experience in community management, customer service, hospitality, or related fields. • Strong business correspondence skills, including grammar, punctuation, and spelling. • Skilled in customer service and conflict resolution. • Able to work collaboratively in person and in group settings. • Effective at prioritizing tasks, managing time, and meeting deadlines. • Communicate professionally via phone, email, and in-person.
