About the Role
The Corporate Communications Specialist will join the Pacific Zone Marketing Communications team, blending internal communications and external brand storytelling. This position acts as the red thread that connects people, purpose, and performance across the organization. Key responsibilities include developing internal communication strategies, creating newsletters, leadership messages, and intranet content, as well as producing multimedia assets such as images, infographics, animations, and videos. The specialist will also experiment with new tools, collaborate with subject‑matter experts, manage internal channels, support all‑hands events, and measure communication effectiveness. Externally, the role involves assisting with press releases, supporting social media planning, contributing to media monitoring, and ensuring alignment between internal messaging and the external brand voice. • Develop and execute internal communication strategies aligned with business goals. • Write and edit newsletters, leadership messages, announcements, and intranet content. • Produce and edit multimedia assets such as images, infographics, animations, and videos. • Experiment with new tools (e.g., Gen‑AI, Canva) and measure impact of communication initiatives. • Collaborate with subject‑matter experts to craft narratives and support change, engagement, and culture programs. • Manage internal channels (Viva Engage, SharePoint, Teams, email, digital signage) and support all‑hands events. • Track effectiveness and continuously improve communication outcomes. • Assist in drafting press releases, media statements, and briefing documents. • Support planning and deployment of social media content. • Contribute to media monitoring, reporting, and PR campaign coordination. • Ensure consistency between internal messaging and external brand voice.

The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with experience in corporate communications or employee engagement, strong writing and storytelling skills, and proficiency with multimedia tools. Familiarity with digital platforms like Viva Engage, SharePoint, Teams, and an interest in AI‑enhanced content creation are essential, alongside the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑moving environment. • Proven experience in corporate communications, employee engagement, or internal comms. • Strong writing, editing, and storytelling abilities. • Proficiency with multimedia tools and interest in video creation/editing. • Familiarity with digital platforms (Viva Engage, SharePoint, Teams, email tools) and AI‑assisted content creation. • Ability to manage multiple priorities, translate complex ideas, and work in a fast‑moving environment. • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and collaborative mindset. • Strong global brand with local presence.
