About the Role
We are hiring a detail‑oriented Engineer – Planning for our Abu Dhabi office. The role will support the planning and execution of construction projects, working closely with project managers, site supervision teams and contractors to keep schedules on track and report progress to senior leadership. • Develop and maintain project schedules using Primavera or similar software. • Review and analyze procurement and construction programs for contractors and subcontractors. • Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports, graphs, and critical path analyses. • Monitor actual progress versus program baselines and report deviations to senior management. • Identify project risks and opportunities and propose mitigation strategies. • Collaborate with site supervision teams to obtain real‑time progress updates. • Conduct site visits to assess contractor performance against schedules. • Evaluate additional work and variation proposals. • Keep detailed program monitoring records to support claims and dispute resolution. • Facilitate communication among stakeholders through workshops and meetings.

What You Bring
• Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management. • Possess 5+ years experience in road construction or related fields. • Proficient in Primavera or comparable project management tools. • Strong understanding of construction methodologies and best practices. • Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills. • Detail‑oriented with high accuracy in scheduling and reporting. • Ability to work collaboratively in team environments. • Experience in Middle East construction industry preferred. • Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and standards is a plus.
