About the Role

The engineer will work with a global network of experts to transform forward‑thinking concepts into cutting‑edge prototypes. They will have the freedom to explore new ideas, solve complex design challenges, and influence products that support a sustainable energy future. Key responsibilities include contributing inventive electrical design ideas, leading initiatives aligned with time, cost, and quality goals, and coordinating prototype manufacturing and testing. The role also involves designing experiments, documenting progress, developing design rules, participating in intellectual‑property discussions, and providing technical support to factories, marketing teams, and customers. • Contribute innovative electrical design concepts to transformer R&D projects. • Lead and support initiatives meeting time, cost, and quality objectives. • Coordinate prototype manufacturing, testing, and experimental validation. • Document project progress and develop design rules from findings. • Participate in intellectual‑property discussions and risk assessments. • Provide technical support to factories, marketing teams, and customers. • Collaborate with global R&D peers to optimize designs and support cost‑out efforts.

What You Bring

Candidates must hold a degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline and possess at least five years of electrical design experience, preferably within transformers. Experience in R&D, knowledge of magnetic, dielectric, or thermal design, and familiarity with FEM or 2‑D circuit‑simulation tools are advantageous, along with strong communication and a solution‑oriented mindset. • Hold an Electrical Engineering degree with 5+ years of electrical design experience. • Possess knowledge of magnetic, dielectric, or thermal design and FEM/2D simulation tools. • Demonstrate strong communication and a solution‑oriented mindset.
