About the Role
The role focuses on leading and managing key accounts within the Eastern region for the IEC distribution business, emphasizing both the strengthening of existing relationships and the acquisition of new customers. It includes responsibilities for new account development, expanding the geographical distribution network, and overseeing strategic, operational, and tactical planning for authorized distributors. The incumbent will be accountable for setting and achieving sales targets, identifying new opportunities, and providing quarterly and yearly forecasting to anticipate market trends and inventory needs. This includes analyzing sales figures and market data, monitoring competitor activity, advising on product development and promotional campaigns, and leading offers campaigns to drive sales. Financial responsibilities involve monitoring payment status, managing overdue accounts, creating agreements, and securing approvals for payment rescheduling. The role also leads digital transformation initiatives, deploying order‑center tools, e‑commerce channels, xReward programs, and the ERB system, while providing competitor analyses to support value propositions. • Manage key accounts in the Eastern region for IEC distribution, strengthening relationships and acquiring new customers. • Develop and execute strategic, operational, and tactical plans for authorized distributors. • Set and achieve sales targets aligned with company objectives. • Identify and tender new opportunities with assigned accounts. • Perform quarterly and annual forecasting of market trends and inventory needs. • Analyze sales figures and market data to inform sales strategies and distribution channels. • Monitor market changes and competitor products to maintain a competitive edge. • Advise on product development, special promotions, and campaign design. • Lead promotional campaigns to drive sales and enhance brand visibility. • Monitor customer payment status, manage overdue accounts, create agreements, and approve payment rescheduling. • Lead digital transformation by deploying order center tools, e‑commerce channels, xReward programs, and the ERB system. • Conduct competitor structure analyses to articulate value propositions for opportunities.

What You Bring
Applicants must hold a BSc in Electrical Engineering and have 8‑10 years of electrical‑engineering sales experience in the Eastern KSA region, preferably within the IEC electrical distribution sector. Required skills include strategic planning, strong negotiation and communication abilities, familiarity with digital distribution tools, and the capacity to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams. • Require BSc in Electrical Engineering with 8‑10 years of electrical engineering sales experience in Eastern KSA region. • Experience with IEC electrical distribution business. • Excellent strategic planning, organizational, negotiation, and communication skills. • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms for distribution management. • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
