About the Role
The Machine Operator I is an entry-level position that supports daily production by operating and monitoring manufacturing equipment under close supervision. The role assists in loading programs, preparing machines, and performing basic maintenance tasks to ensure consistent and efficient operation. Success requires attention to detail and a willingness to learn. Key duties include loading production files, preparing machines, setting up and adjusting equipment for daily runs, and monitoring performance. The operator performs visual inspections to ensure product quality, maintains a clean and organized work area, and replenishes materials and consumables.
